Académiquement bien formé, il bousculera ses idées reçues en participant activement à divers projets de grande renommée tels que Comando G, Bernabeleva, Fedellos do Couto,Viña Mein … Et surtout comme beaucoup de grands vignerons, c’est au fil des dégustations qu’il se nourrira de nombreuses références iconiques notamment en France et en Italie l'amenant peu à peu à cheminer vers son propre style.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003eSon propre projet prend naissance lorsqu’il a la possibilité de récupérer la parcelle de « Carremolino » qui appartenait à son grand-père. Un véritable bijou ampélographique. Nous sommes en présence ici d’une vigne de plus de cent ans dont 30% est préphylloxérique et donc francs de pied. Il s’agit bien entendu d’une vigne d’autrefois, donc complantée de cépages blancs et rouges, Tempranillo, Bobal Garnacha, Listán Prieto, Bastardo, Albillo Mayor et Pirulés. Il se sert actuellement de ces vieux \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(181, 146, 107);\"\u003ecépages historiques\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e très adaptés au climat continental pour replantés de nouvelles parcelles.
