Finesse
A blend of old Ploussard vines planted between 1952 and 1970, growing in the marly soils of the Jura. The grapes were destemmed by hand in the vineyard, and the vats were filled by hand. The utmost care was taken with these delicate grapes. Maceration lasted 20 days, followed by 10 months of aging in large oak casks (60%) and stainless steel tanks (40%).
