Epicureans who frequented the small Ardèche town of Tournon a decade ago will fondly remember "Carafes en Folie." It was a must-visit for lovers of refined cuisine and fine wines. At the helm of this establishment was Jean-François Malsert , known as Jeff, who offered the best wines of the region (you could drink Gonon brothers' wines there for 40 euros at the table. A different era!). He also boasted a cutting-edge selection from the finest wine regions of France.
