Bruno Bienaimé, the confidential Jura

Based in the Jura since 2016, Bruno Bienaimé has produced one of the most confidential and exciting productions in the entire region.

After spending several years in Champagne with the illustrious Georges Laval estate, he fell in love with the Jura , a region with infinite potential. He cultivates barely 3 hectares on the ancient terroirs of Arlay and Château-Chalon, from which only a few thousand bottles are produced for a handful of aficionados.

Bruno has a meticulous, artisanal approach to winemaking. The soils are worked with horses, viticulture is precise and without additives, and in terms of winemaking they only keep the first pressings, the purest juices, hence the rarity of the bottles.

An area whose wines you should taste at least once in your life, but also a solid foundation for anyone who wants to cellar wines for very long aging .
