La Grange 476, Ménetru le cru

Dimitri Vetois and Marion Valverde settled in Menétru-le-Vignoble in 2019, in the heart of the Jura vineyards. They have managed to acquire, in particular, some of the finest terroirs of Château-Chalon.

Thus, on barely 4 hectares , they cultivate Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard, and Pinot Noir using biodynamic methods. Each wine reflects a micro-parcel. The vines are worked with draft horses, using traditional methods and without synthetic products, promoting soil life and biodiversity. As for winemaking, the wines undergo no additives or manipulations and remain in the cellar long enough to stabilize and fully develop their character.
