After training with a renowned Rhône Valley winemaker, André Perret, Simon settled in 2017 on 5 hectares of vines in Bessey, which he meticulously tends using organic farming methods . What strikes us about his wines is their brilliance, silky texture, and a certain naturalness that emanates from them. In our opinion, these are essential wines for anyone interested in the new wave of winemakers who are stepping outside their comfort zone.
