Victor Allier, undoubtedly one of the finest ambassadors of Champagne, and his partner Gil Conejo, an intuitive technician, vinify and age finely selected micro-terroirs from the most admirable representatives of the new generation of Champagne.

They wear the hats of wine merchants, but on a human scale, and almost haute couture , by partnering with the best winemakers of the new generation in Champagne: Bichery, Antoine Bouvet, Thomas Perseval, Flavien Nowack... Through these partnerships, they are redefining how to express these great terroirs. The quantities produced are minimal and already highly sought after.
