Lisa Le Postec, the eruption of a talent

Lisa le Postec , whom you may have known as L'eau qui dort (Still Water), her side business as a wine merchant, which allowed her to launch her estate. Here is the very first vintage from her own vines.
Located in the commune of Ybois, in the Puy-de-Dôme, the estate lovingly tends 2.5 hectares on volcanic slopes. The wines do not betray their terroir, with this volcanic influence resurfacing in the wines, giving them delicate spicy notes and a strong minerality.
While the wines are indeed rare, isn't limited production the essential condition for pushing craftsmanship to its highest level of excellence? In any case, Lisa le Postec is already establishing herself as a leading figure in Auvergne wines.
