Aurore Casanova, a ballet of fine wines

Aurore Casanova and Jean-Baptiste Robinet form a duo in life and in the vineyard, having combined the family's few hectares to produce very great champagnes, intense and tasty, clearly among the most interesting at present.

The couple owns barely 4 hectares but extremely well located, notably in Mesnil sur Oger , the most famous grand cru village of the Côte des blancs, and Puisieulx, another grand cru, more confidential, on the north face of the Montagne de Reims, giving the wines a great tension.

The work done by the couple is inspired by the greatest. The vines are cultivated biodynamically and the winemaking process is minimally interventionist in order to allow the terroir to express itself as much as possible.

The Champagnes produced here are among those that have most impressed us recently. A major discovery!
