Domaine Vallée Moray, Hervé Grenier's artisan wines

Although marketed as Vin de France, it is on the terroirs of Montlouis sur Loire that Hervé Grenier confidentially crafts Chenins of great integrity.
Like the great masters of Loire Valley Chenin Blanc , such as Richard Leroy or Stéphane Bernaudeau, Hervé Grenier cultivates a kind of rustic discretion. And the wines reflect this: unadorned, bare, and free. Far removed from any artifice, they touch upon a form of truth. And it is often there that the magic happens.
The estate comprises less than 5 hectares, primarily dedicated to Chenin Blanc. Favoring extended aging, these are wines that require patience and that every wine lover should have in their cellar, in search of future enjoyment.
