Sandhi Wines is located in Santa Rita Hills , Santa Barbara County. In 2010, Rajat Parr and Sashi Moorman acquired both old and new vineyards facing north, cooled by sea breezes, with unusual soil rich in minerals and fossil elements. Sandhi represents a union essential to winemaking: the collaboration between man, land, and plant. The voluntary participation of these three elements is necessary to make great wine , and the winemaker must make this collaboration rich and nourishing for all.
