Observing the soil, listening to the living world, Sylvain is wholeheartedly dedicated to the well-being of his plants, using no synthetic products. He continues this philosophy in his cellars, where the wines are vinified and aged without any additives or sulfites. The remarkable achievement lies in the fact that these wines are so precise they should be enjoyed by everyone.
