Thibaud does not come from a family of winemakers, he entered the world of wine through passion and that is the true driving force behind great wines of emotion.

Free from any preconceived notions, he uses a variety of containers to age his wines: wood, stainless steel, jars, fiber… A domain that breaks the mold, even the establishment, with cuvées like La Canuse, where he presses a maceration of Viognier over Syrah pomace. Surprising and addictive, how could we not have thought of it before? And what about his sublime Côte-Rôtie wines, which we tasted but certainly didn't spit out, and which are destined to become future legends of the Rhône Valley vineyards?
