Pauline Maziou is perhaps the most prominent winemaker in the entire Ardèche region. She works naturally both in the vineyard and in the cellar, without additives, reclaiming old, scattered plots and breathing new life into them. She produces different cuvées with enigmatic names, a radical approach in service of an ideal.

Pauline's wines are quite difficult to find, primarily due to her small production of around 10,000 bottles, coupled with very strong global demand from enthusiasts passionate about her handcrafted wines. We are delighted to offer you her 2023 vintage today.
