Pierre Weber, the new Alsatian wave

We are delighted to present the wines of the young and promising Pierre Weber . In 2018, Pierre decided to return to his Alsatian roots and establish his estate using his grandfather's vines in Husseren-les-Châteaux. Located south of Colmar, the estate comprises 4 hectares, including 1 hectare in the Grand Cru Eichberg vineyard . Based on sustainable farming practices, the winemaking is natural, using indigenous yeasts, without additives or filtration. Although his production is limited , it has immediately captivated the most discerning sommeliers in France and beyond. Pierre Weber offers us a free expression of Alsace with iconoclastic wines , far removed from traditional Alsatian styles. These are wines highly praised by connoisseurs...
