Domaine Senlanne, on the shores of the Etang de Thau

We are very pleased to be able to present to you a new Languedoc estate which is starting to make a lot of noise despite the quantities produced here being very confidential: Domaine Senlanne .

Founded by Nicolas Senlanne in 2020 in Balaruc-le-Vieux on the shores of the Etang de Thau, between Saint Jean de Fos and Aniane, Nicolas cultivates the great Languedoc grape varieties on limestone scree, sands and schists, and showcases them through single varietal wines and a unique blend of all the red grape varieties of the estate.

His philosophy is clear and uncompromising: cultivating the vines as naturally as possible, using indigenous yeasts and infusions, without any additives, filtration, or fining. Nicolas is convinced that great wines can only be born under these conditions. The plots he has selected have been chosen with the utmost care, focusing on the quality of the terroir and the vines. The estate is small and intends to remain so, the goal being to strive for excellence , not to expand.

This 2024 vintage captivates with its clarity, finesse, delicate aromatic precision , and exquisitely textured mouthfeel. A masterpiece not to be missed.

As per the winemaker's wishes, the wines are only available upon request.
