Located in Chaintré in the heart of the Mâconnais, the Valette estate stands out as a troublemaker in a region that has long, and unfairly, been considered the poor relation of Burgundy .

The estate specializes in white wines, made exclusively from the essential Chardonnay grape variety. The great terroirs of the Mâconnais region express themselves here with singularity and regain their prestige thanks to these expert hands.

A pioneer in its field, the estate has followed biodynamic farming principles since 1992. Wines are only released when they are ready, resulting in extended aging periods of over 10 years for some cuvées. Despite being aged in oak, the wines are pure, elegant, and possess a remarkable depth in every cuvée.

The estate's wines are now in demand by enthusiasts from all over the world, making them increasingly difficult to obtain and forcing the Valette family to refuse numerous requests from new customers.
