VINCENT LEDY
Since 2013, Vincent Lédy has devoted his efforts full time to his eponymous estate, after having worked for several years for the renowned Lécheneaut estate in Nuits-Saint-Georges .

Through sheer courage and perseverance, Vincent patiently converted its 4.10 hectares to organic farming. Here, everything is done in a traditional style: the new plantings come from massal selections, vinification is carried out with whole bunches for most of the cuvées, followed by long aging of at least 18 months, no new oak, no added oenological products, only sulfur and this just before bottling. This process is carried out without fining or filtration. The result is wines with a strong, profound, intense identity, imbued with exemplary classicism. which some media personalities in the wine world do not hesitate to compare to the biggest names in Burgundy .
