You know our passion for Jura wines! It's true that the region is brimming with talent, and its diversity delights even the most discerning wine lovers. Here's one estate whose wines we're thrilled to share with you.

After working for 4 years at the Stéphane Tissot estate, an icon of the region, Pascal Thereau acquired in 2021 a micro plot of Chardonnay in the commune of Arbois, allowing him to brilliantly produce a first and unique wine.

In 2022, he took things to the next level by acquiring the vineyards of Domaine des Bodines. A gem of an estate, cultivated biodynamically for the past fifteen years. This acquisition allowed him to dedicate himself full-time to working meticulously with all the Jura grape varieties.

On one of the plots, there was a tent called La Patelle which was falling into ruin. A place of life and exchange, Pascal rebuilt it exactly as it was using an old postcard of Arbois and thus named his estate, a name that will need to be remembered.

This estate plays a flawless game from the outset. The wines are pure, straightforward, precise, and revealing of their terroir.
