Jessica Litaud, The consecration to Vergisson

We have the privilege and honor of presenting Jessica Litaud 's new vintage. It definitively confirms the conviction we had with the first vintages, namely that we are in the presence of one of the most precise estates in southern Burgundy . So much so that her wines can easily rival the most illustrious "climats" of the Côte de Beaune.

A thoughtful young woman, resolutely committed to sustainable agriculture, Jessica honed her skills alongside Jean-François "Fanfan" Ganevat , a world-renowned Jura winemaker, before returning to her native land, the picturesque village of Vergisson. Well-known for being overlooked by the famous rock of the same name, it is one of the most promising areas of the Mâconnais region for lovers of pure and elegant Chardonnay.

With an estate of just 2 hectares and a rapidly growing reputation, Jessica's wines are hard to find and available by allocation. Add to that the recent classification of the best "climats" of the Mâconnais as Premier Crus... there's no doubt that these rare vintages, which are about to become virtually impossible to find, should be cellared .
