Elodie Jaume, elegance in Châteauneuf

In 2017, Elodie Jaume took over the family vineyards: 3 hectares in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and 2 hectares in the "simple" Côtes-du-Rhône, but very well situated on the edge of the appellation. A human-scale estate that she immediately converted to biodynamic farming under the Demeter label. She quickly made a name for herself with her single cuvée, "A en Perdre le Souffre" (To Lose One's Souffler), a luscious and juicy wine, far removed from the local standards that can quickly tire the palate. But that's not all, because... Drumroll please ... We are thrilled to welcome her brand new creations, revealing the full extent of her talent. Wines of incredible elegance, which have quickly risen to become some of the appellation's essential wines. The only drawback? There are so few of them!
