Malvasia di Sitges is an indigenous grape variety , characterized by its high tension, and in some ways reminiscent of Riesling. This particular vineyard was replanted in 2018 on northwest-facing limestone soils. Fermentation takes place in cement tanks, followed by nine months of aging on fine lees in 500-liter barrels. Freshness and purity are key.
