HENRI CHAUVET

Henri Chauvet 's name may not yet ring a bell, but he's made a splash right from the start with a truly exceptional first vintage. So much so that his wines were all pre-sold before their release and are already gracing the finest tables in France.

After training for 3 years with the pope of Cornas Thierry Allemand , this local man took over an estate already cultivated organically to produce uncompromising wines, using indigenous yeasts, aged in old barrels so as not to mark, neither fined nor filtered so as not to remove anything and mostly without added sulfur except when necessary.

Henri Chauvet's wines are truly marked by the seal of genius ; they are great wines crafted by winemakers who engage your senses and your mind, and make you reflect deeply on what wine should be.
