Alexandre Plassat, another reading of the Jura
Alexandre Plassat has become a key player in the galaxy of the most sought-after wines of the Jura vineyard... and rightly so.
His vineyards are located in the Étoile appellation, which he makes shine brightly even though he doesn't officially claim it. It's understandable that the nature of some of his blends, unusual for the region, might prevent him from navigating the administrative hurdles.
We are indeed dealing here with a very personal interpretation of the vineyard, and the least we can say is that the magic works.
These are true rarities that all lovers of the Jura should explore.
