A superb Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru village of Verzy, grown in brown limestone soils overlying chalk. Like the Chardonnay, it is vinified in oak barrels. It spends over three years on its lees and more than six months in the cellars after disgorgement. A truly masterful wine.
