Here is a Jura estate with an enigmatic name; those most knowledgeable in botany will know what it is. Metaphorically, this plant can be considered the link between earth and sky, the plant and animal kingdoms. Jude and Lucile Spaety have established this secluded estate nestled in the small village of Saint-Lothain .

We are fortunate to have acquired some precious bottles from these winemakers who cultivate discretion with as much skill as their vines. At their estate, everything is done with the utmost respect for the plant, for life itself, and ultimately for the product we cherish so much: wine.

We offer you the rare 2020 (less than 5,000 bottles produced) which are marked by the seal of genius and which have undergone a longer aging process, over 18 months, because in 2021, "annus horribilis", there will unfortunately be no wines.

As you've probably gathered, this isn't just another Jura estate, but one of our most exciting discoveries of recent times. These are wines that evoke emotion and will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on your wine-tasting life.
