2,358 bottles were produced on this young plot called Bochot. It was recently replanted by Aurélien Gerbais with Pinot Meunier, selected from a massal selection of the estate's old, scattered vines. Pinot Meunier, found mainly in the Marne Valley, is rare in southern Champagne. Here, it expresses itself with intensity, precision, and a pronounced minerality.
