The legendary plot of land in "Les Chaillots"

Sourced exclusively from the legendary terraces of "Les Chaillots," one of the highest quality and most remarkable terroirs in the Cornas appellation. Vinified with whole bunches, fermented in concrete tanks, and aged for an extended period in the same vessel (no oak!). The wines are then aged in the bottle for three to four years before release. With its fine tannins and elegant violet aromas, this Cornas is exquisitely delicate, almost touched by grace.
