A wine of emotions
Merenzao (Trousseau), Mencia, and Garnacha Tintorera grapes, grown on granite and slate soils between 500 and 750 meters above sea level in the Galician appellation of Valdeorras. Vinified with whole bunches and then aged for 15 months in 500-liter barrels. This is a luminous ruby-colored wine. It evokes red berries, incense, and rose. It boasts a pronounced minerality on the palate. A truly great Galician wine!
