Formerly Bac de Les Caves red, renamed Discolo because the blend changed with the addition of Mourvèdre. Grown on schist soils, vinified with whole bunches. Aged for one year in 400-liter oak barrels, then for one year in bottle. Fresh and incredibly refined!
