Pinot Blanc vinified by infusion
This unique cuvée, produced in a limited run of 997 bottles, aims to be the ultimate expression of Pinot Blanc from the 2017 vintage. This objective led the Gerbais family to extract the very essence of this vintage from the grape skins. To achieve this, they infused the skins with the must for 24 hours before pressing. The result is a charismatic wine with spicy aromas, a full-bodied wine with more of everything, and a finely tannic finish. This is an experimental cuvée, a continuation of the quest for great, distinctive wines, but also a cuvée of experience, that of a family deeply rooted in its terroir.
