A red Saint-Péray?
In the heart of his Saint-Péray vineyards, Cyril cultivates three rows of Syrah. Of course, it's not possible to produce red wine within the Saint-Péray appellation, so this cuvée is declared as a Vin de France. The result is a wine with aromas of garrigue and black olives, yet remarkably fresh and easy to drink, with exceptionally supple tannins. A true gem. Only 1,000 bottles produced!
