What a knockout! Incredible energy, density, depth, all with a salinity that lends it beautiful harmony. The estate's sole cuvée , made from 70% Gros Manseng and 30% Petit Manseng vines aged 45 to 80 years, grown on heavy clay, molasse, and puddingstone soils at 300 meters altitude, with a southwest exposure in the Monein sector. Aged in 228 and 350-liter barrels. Unfined, unfiltered.
