I absolutely loved this wine, which displays great maturity yet is driven by minerality and remarkably fine tannins. The young Gamay vines grow at 300 meters altitude, facing southwest on clay-limestone soil. The grapes are vinified after being entirely destemmed and then aged for 9 months in demi-muids (600-liter barrels).
