A Crozes with a true terroir

It's more of a garden than a plot of land. Nestled among the vines of the renowned Combier estate (also organic), this terroir, located in the northern part of the appellation, is composed of granitic sands, much like the white Saint-Joseph. The difference is that, situated on the other side of the Rhône, the vines bask in the setting sun. This vintage is marked by flinty notes. A little time in the cellar will allow it to reach its full potential.
