All the refinement of the Grand Cru Oger
Massal selection of Chardonnay grapes from 1967, sourced from a small 45-are plot in the Grand Cru Oger appellation and cultivated biodynamically. Fermentation and aging in oak barrels. Bottled under cork for aging on lees from May 2015 to July 2020 with manual riddling. No added sugar (zero dosage). A meticulous, artisanal winemaking process undertaken by Quentin and Marine to express the full richness of this Grand Cru. 1,943 bottles produced!
