A majority of Pinot Gris, co-fermented with Gamay. Original, atypical, but devilishly effective. A wine with less color and tannins than the Clovias. It evokes aromas of small red fruits, but not only that, as one also finds spices, tension, and volcanic markers. A more supple wine, but no less complex than its counterpart.
