Only 654 bottles were produced in 2021 for this limited-production cuvée, made from a small 0.6-hectare plot of 150-year-old, pre-phylloxera Verdejo vines, grown ungrafted. A wine that moved us with its freedom, reminiscent of some great Chenin Blancs. wines from the Loire Valley or even some great topped-up wines from the Jura.
